Clare valley model engineers offer their outside undercover space as a party hire venue. Situated in the middle of Melrose Park the venue is surrounded by parkland. Other facilities located in the park are:

– BMX Track
– Inchiquin Lake
A party hire package includes:
– 3 hour use of the undercover facilities
– 1 hour of train rides
– BBQ hire ($15 extra)
Party hire packages are $300.
